Hi, my name is Erline.

I’ve had a passion for cooking since I was a child, pretending to cook on a toy stove before I could use a real one. As I grew up, I became the go-to cook for every family gathering, from Christmas to Thanksgiving. The joy and satisfaction I feel when people enjoy my food is indescribable—it’s what drives me.

In 2002, I opened my first restaurant in Dominica, where my late husband and I welcomed guests from all over the world to experience authentic Caribbean flavors. We even traveled across the Caribbean to perfect our dishes and décor, capturing the true essence of island life.

Now, I’m excited to bring my version of authentic Caribbean cuisine to Connecticut. I hope to share my love for this food with you soon.
